Noah Blom is a Newport native, a chef, business owner, husband and father, and has been a Member of the Newport Beach City Council since 2020. A second-generation Newporter, Noah came back to Newport after attending culinary school and working across the country as a chef. Meeting his wife, Marin, together the two eventually started the first of many restaurant projects throughout Orange County. Today, Noah and Marin own ARC Restaurants in Newport Beach and Costa Mesa.
After seeing the overstepping of government control during the beginnings of the Pandemic Lockdowns, Noah decided to step forward and speak up for the freedoms Newport Beach residents deserve.
